A comprehensive three-day (15 hour) training for Parenting Coordinators and Decision-makers who wish to refine their skills and professionals who wish to become a PC/DM. Professionals who have completed an accredited education and 5+ years’ experience in the family law arena, including licensed mental health professionals, legal professionals, Child and Family Investigators and trained mediators are encouraged to register.

 Dealing with fragile clients

 Nuts and bolts of PC and DM work

 Forms and paperwork

 Drafting written agreements and decisions

 Special issues in PC and DM work

 Ethics, Guidelines, and Liability Issues

8:00-9:00- Optional on Wednesday and Thursday: View and discuss “Split” video (the early years and teen years)

9:00-10:30- Class

10:30-10:45- Break

10:45-12:00- Class

12:00-1:00- Lunch

1:00-3:00- Class and Group Exercises
